7. Children's Privacy

• Form submissions: We retain enrollment-form submissions for 24 months after the program ends, then delete.
• Analytics data: Not applicable — we do not run third-party analytics on this Site.
• Email communications: We retain email correspondence for as long as our business relationship is active, plus 24 months.

11. Student Data (LPEAI Specific)

When you enroll in an LPEAI course, we collect and process student information specific to your enrollment.

What we collect

• Enrollment records (name, email, payment confirmation, course tier)
• Course progress and completion data
• Certificates of completion (issued in your name; retained as proof

of credential)

• Any work product you submit as part of coursework or the

certification exam

Retention

We retain student records — including enrollment data, progress records, and completion certificates — for 5 years from the date of course completion or last activity, whichever is later, after which they are deleted unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention is required by law.

Student rights

You have the right to:

• Access your enrollment record and any student data we hold
• Correct inaccurate information in your record
• Delete your enrollment record (subject to legal retention

requirements for issued certificates and CLE credit reporting, where applicable)

• Export a portable copy of your enrollment data

No sale of student records

We do not sell student records under any circumstances. Student data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Service providers (e.g., payment processor, email delivery) receive only the minimum data required to provide their services, under contract restrictions.

12. Payment Processing (LPEAI Specific)

When you enroll in a paid LPEAI course, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor: [pending confirmation: payment processor name (Stripe / Paddle / etc.)].

• LPEAI does not store your payment card data. Card numbers,

CVV, and expiration data are handled directly by the payment processor under PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. We never receive or retain this data.

• We do receive a transaction confirmation, the last four digits

of the card used (for receipts), and the billing email — these are the minimum required to deliver your enrollment and provide receipts.

• For payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks: email

11. Changes to This Policy

We review this Privacy Policy at least once every 12 months and update it when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Site for at least 30 days before they take effect.
